Gentlemen!!!

i have decided by discussion of last week too move the official thread over too here.

For those of you who weren't in 99chan, or just wasn't on /x/, this is the League of /x/trodinary gentlemen. Here we discuss a various of topics regarding /x/.

This was last weeks topics: Syazel Doll experiment (don't ask, this is a recurring discussion, and we will talk about it there).

Last week several prominent members where mysteriously absent, so the discussions where light, however these aren't are only discussions.

Well I could only finally connect via chat.Rizon.net. meeting w/ one other person, so nothing really productive got done.
Coem on guys show up, but it was my fault too. Anyway Rizon appears too be up, so I might do a follow up midnight friday if anyone wants too come around.

I actually thought you already had the group established beforehand. This is the impression I got from the original post.

However, two weeks in it's sort of like awkward kids standing on the sides of the room at a Spring formal. I guess there needs to be more planning involved or something.

Only problem is, it requires everyone to have Skype installed and a webcam and mic
IRC is easier because it's a simple application, and you don't even have to have it installed to use it

You don't need to have a webcam. Just a mic. And while you have to download it, it is free, and you can record your calls.

Then again if you just have people fiddlin' their thumbs on IRC there probably is no point in adding the voice element.

There's a Skype paranormal chat going on right now. Fluctuates between just 2 people to up to 6 or 8. Actually now that I think about Skype has all sorts of neat features...

I guess this is a good idea. I wouldn't really participate in it because I like to collect and carefully type out my sentences as well as read others. I guess it's an issue of memory for me.
