I haven't bothered with Tor yet but I find it difficult to believe that anyone would leave a digital trail for the cops to follow or a publicly accessible board for the cops to watch. There are hitmen, no question, but they have regular jobs and work for gangsters and intelligence agncies. Every time someone publicly puts out a hit it's either part of a sting or draws the attention of the police.

Assassins and adventurers make for good characters in fiction but it just doesn't work that way irl.
